Terry Fox
After losing his right leg to cancer in 1977, Terry Fox decided to run across
Canada to raise money for cancer research. His Marathon of Hope began in April, 1980.

Greg Moore
New Westminster native Greg Moore became the youngest driver in Cart history
when, at 22, began consistently winning his races. His tragic death in
1999 is sorely remembered by British Columbians.

Rick Hansen
In 1987, Rick Hansen completed his Man in Motion World Tour. After two
years, 34 countries, and 25,000 miles, Rick continues his work and
commitment to improve the lives of people with spinal cord injuries.
