NOMINATION TIPS

In order to help the Selection Committee understand the career of the Individual or Team wherever possible

please include:

• a letter of endorsement from Governing Sport Body
• letters of reference from relevant members of the sport community
• information on where and when athlete developed skills or received training in sport
• any other supporting material that may help (news paper clippings, tournament results etc.).
• Paper clip (no staples) application together and use 8 _ x 11 paper single sided, as the application must be photocopied many times.
