Parking:

We are located inside Gate 'A' of BC Place Stadium. The stadium seats 60,000 people and is one of the world's largest entertainment venues. Major sporting, musical and business events take place here on a regular basis. There are nearly a dozen large parking lots and parkades within a two block radius of the stadium.

Street Parking

    • Side street parking available along adjacent roads. The nearest road is Beatty Street.
    • All side street parking are metered and are provided by the City of Vancouver.

Easy Park - Lot #21

    • Private pay parking available on 688 Cambie Street.
    • Located two blocks from museum.
 

Trip Planning Considerations:
    • People and vehicle traffic will increase on stadium event days. The BC Place Stadium event calendar is located here for your reference.
    • BC Place Stadium does not have concession stands open to the outside general public, however, restaurants and souvenir shops are available along Beatty Street and along Robson Street
    • Visit our maps section for detailed driving directions.
 

Tour/School Bus Loading and Unloading:
    • To park/load/unload along nearby roads, please refer to the City of Vancouver "Commercial Vehicles" page for regulations.
 

General Loading/Unloading:
    • Special event planners may need to unload equipment to the museum. For cases like these please contact your BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum representative for loading/unloading zones and for permission.
    • Visit our maps section for a map of the loading zone area. Access to this area is subject to change depending on the type of event occuring at BC Place. Visit www.bcplacestadium.com for a list of events.

    • Self Guided Tour (Self walk through of the museum; No need to book ahead of time).
    • Guided General Tour (Approx. 30 minutes; suitable for all ages).
    • Terry Fox & Rick Hansen Tour (A 15 minute tour combined with an interactive Scavenger Hunt portion; suitable for all ages; Scavenger Hunt typically lasts 30 minutes depending on ability of student;).

Note: After the guided tours are completed, the groups will be able to enjoy the rest of the museum at their own leisure.
